I'm a mother, a healer, a writer, and a child of the Universe. My spirit has been uplifted and initiated through labyrinths, sweat lodges, drumming circles, and through the great wisdom of so many wonderful healers.
For the past twelve years my focus has been on learning as much as possible about healing the Earth and all its inhabitants.
I just returned to the U.S. after living in Tokyo for the past 3 years where I taught English, wrote several textbooks, and practiced my Quantum Energetic Disciplines™ form of energy work.

The Sacred Circle of Life is the metaphor for our never-ending connection to All That Is. Now, more than ever, I feel the need to write about the changing energy of our planet, and the changes we are making in our own bodies to prepare for the unknown future. As a healing energy practitioner, I have learned how important it is to tune in to the energy around us, and to be ready for our long-awaited new beginning. On vacation Sept. 6-19th

Just wanted to let you know I won't be posting anything for a couple of weeks while I'm on vacation. First I'm going to Sedona, Arizona and then down to a 6-day retreat in Tucson with my energy teacher/spiritual guide. Then I'm off to Mexico to Copper Canyon and a 900-mile roundtrip ride on the Chihuahua al Pacifico railroad that rises up to an 8,000 feet elevation.
