- Hi everyone!
I joined the Intention community as a way to share and connect with others who believe, as I do, that we can make a difference in the world! I'm a single mom of one 16 year-old daughter, the companion of two cats; Bilbo (my third hobbit-named cat) and Oliver (so named for his "more please" attitude about food) and a native-born Minnesotan. I have lived in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Wyoming and Ireland, always returning to my beloved Midwest landscape of lakes, rivers, prairies and forests.
I work for a nonprofit organization that promotes solutions to global warming through policy advocacy at the state (Minnesota) and regional (Upper Midwest - MN, WI, IL, IA, SD, ND) level. I love my job and the opportunity to promote solutions rather than "fighting against" something. As I have learned in reading many books on intention including The Intention Experiment, positive attitudes work. Fighting against something seems to only engender more of the problem. I'm also a textile artist (beads, threads, yarn, found objects) and a published author - I love creative pursuits of all kinds!
I'm most interested in belonging to this online community that promotes positive, peaceful attitudes because I'm just so convinced of the efficacy of what we're doing. Please introduce yourselves - I look forward to learning more about you!

Hello Dear,
I’d like to introduce myself to you. My name is Marlene Marion and I am an Advanced EFT practitioner.
I just started a group on this site called
Advanced EFT Healing Begins NOW,
that I hope you will check out.
I know everyone is overwhelmed with Gee another group! However I think this will be fun and informative. This) is a very powerful and easy to use modality. As we are all Energy, everything is Energy and EFT deals directly with Energy Meridians, My success rate is off the charts in this weird but wonderful modality.
I feel an urgency as we are approaching 2012 and the importance to clear out our blockages (pain, diseases) so we have peace more fully anchored in our bodies, so we can more effectively project it out word. I work a little out of the box using Meditation, Angels, Intuition, EFT and Intention to give this added power.
I have helped many healers heal, because it’s always harder to heal yourself. I use video sessions, that you can use now to get started right away.

The work you're doing truly is making a difference in the world, although there are still some who have doubts about global warming. How that's possible, I don't know, but all we can do is bless them and love them because the love vibration will transmute and transform all things.

Everyone has a story, and often those stories hold the key to Higher Consciousness for those who hear or read them. They follow in the age-old tradition in all cultures where people sat around evening fires passing the talking stick and telling their stories. We are all on what Joseph Campbell called the hero's journey and each of us represents an archetype of that journey or Life Map. In those maps is where we see our own journey with greater clarity and compassion.

i felt so bad for those people in their cars... i was on the net and i had a news flash right after it happened... i sent them light and also tried to see people helping them right away... I am supporting John Edwards for president i love that Iowa is stepping up to the plate to try to get some other energy forms made and i put a mix in my car and bought a small car that gets about 35 miles a gallon
and about 39 miles on high way when i drive it right.. i wish it could have been more but it was what i could afford to buy at the time. It is the Scion Box... I bet that living their seeing the bridge on the news was some thing. I think that this country has been robbed bad by the government that has been in control.. I write letters to congress all the time to make a change... I like to see you are close to me tell me more about your life.. i work on people on the net to heal them and i also work on myself readjusting my own thought forms... i also have a teenager at home who is 16, she just found her a florist job at the grocery store and she is learning how to drive as well...I think she will be very happy there.. she has been a special needs child and kinda hard to raise alone.. But i am seeing wonderful things in her future she has come a long ways......
i have a dog Maylay and a cat called Sam.. My dog is really smart and i love her big time ,the cat is very new we just got him from the neighbor who lives next to us he is moving...my dog had a cat before that lived with us and she loves cats, they had been playing in the yard together since we moved back to the Midwest 2 years ago from Hawaii...Are you sick of me yet??? i know i have limited time on my computer as on Thursdays i go to sing with an open group at the church i belong to it is very far from the regular church you might think of it includes all the living Holy mothers and mother Mary, and we have a minster that talks to the divine mother.. We doing group meditations and some powerful healing...well nice to hear from you write to me when you have time Hugs april
I agree with what you have outlined in your ABOUT ME.
It's a little hard to remember sometimes. I am an activist at heart, on one end, and a BE STILL AND KNOW on the other. I am often conflicted. LOL. But, funny thing...when I settle in to meditation or some Reiki, I gain center above the fray and it's all good.
Fighting it makes more of it.
