Hi Cathy, just a short note to thank you for your comment way back in October. I know...that was soooo long ago you may have forgotten, which is alright too. I wasn't aware you had made a comment. It has been awhile since I visited my page here on Living The Field.

I look forward to reading some of your work. _/|\_ Namaste

Actually I am just stumbling along so far :) I would say for me the best way so far to clear the images from my mind is to focus on the darkness behind my eyes, (the first time everything was a dark purple color) its kind of like looking into a long dark tunnel or a large room I guess and trying to see what is at the other end of the darkness, and then out of the darkness images just pop up out of nowhere it seems. This sometimes takes awhile for me right now. I try to slowly repeat the numbers in my head until I am doing it without thinking about it as well, this can also help take my focus back to forget the previous images.
Again I am just stumbling along so far, and I haven't been very relaxed while doing it.
Good luck, and have fun!!!

Also I love to sit out at a campfire in the fall at night with the moon and stars everywhere. Very tranquil for me. i love mozart too., and beethoven and the Beatles and Louie Armstrong. what a mix, like yours. i am married a long time and have 3 grown children.. i am pretty sure that one is an indigo, I think. I don't tell them or speak of it to the kids, but i'm pretty sure. long email, cathg48

Hi Cathy, got your message and your very welcome. Feel free to message me whenever you need to and I will respond, I promise.
Just remember that you can do no wrong, it is all part of your journey and all a part of your learning experience.... please be kind to yourself - you deserve it, everything gets easier and easier the more you practice it, just like learning to ride a bike - at first you fall off (a lot :) and then you 'get it' you can feel what the balance is and you can ride (what a wonderful feeling), learning to trust and feel safe in the universe is exactly the same - it doesn't matter if you fall off now and then (that's all a part of learning) what matters is that you keep trying and learning how and that all any of us can do.
blessings and light, Annie
