I did the Slim in 6 program several years ago and got great results. What I remember most while watching/doing the program was thinking, "This woman is NUTS!" That program was WAY too intense for me, so as soon as I finished the 6 weeks, I put the tapes in a box and haven't looked back.

I recently did a workout called PACE by Dr. Al Sears. I lost 10 pounds in a couple weeks working out no more than 15 minutes a day. His philosophy about "cardio" and "aerobic" is different than most, but the PACE program works! And. like the BB videos, you don't have to leave the house.
