The path to enlightenment

According to most spiritual traditions, the path to enlightenment is a slow and tortuous one, only arrived at after years of contemplation, deprivation, or mental and physical discipline.

A number of new organizations, such as the Oneness Foundation, purport to teach people a special meditative and psychological process that will speed up this process, specifically by rewiring the brain.

But is there any evidence that a simple mental discipline is powerful enough to to eliminate mankind’s fund… Continue

Your mission: a sacred contract

Yesterday, I had an extraordinary meeting with Anurag Gupta, a young man with great aspirations to create global transformation, largely by changing the way businesses work. He has worked with many companies as a management consultant, and in virtually every instance, he finds that when they set a company mission statement of higher purpose, abundance follows.
I have seen the power of such a mission statement firsthand. Not long ago, I paid a visit to Clarus Transphase Scientific in Mari

Earth energies: Messages from the earth

Scientists and mathematicians were stunned the other day when a new crop circle appeared in a barley field in Wiltshire. When mathematicians analyzed it, they realized that the concentric shapes represented the coded image of a fundamental equation.
The 150-foot diameter image, found near Barbury Castle, an Iron Age fort, represented the… Continue

Where is mind?

Last week, a small item in the the British papers concerned a grandmother from North London who’d lain in a coma for six weeks – until she heard her baby granddaughter’s scream and abruptly opened her eyes.

Mrs Devbai Patel, the 56-year-old mother of four, from Neasden, north London, had sustained severe injuries to her brain, stomach and arm after a truck mounted the sidewalk near her home, and smashed into her before it hit a veterinary clinic. The driver had been killed instantly, and Devbai… Continue

Learning from animals

Last week I announced that we’d be setting up discussion groups centered around different “Field” topics. I enlisted your help in suggestions, and a number of you came back with some wonderful ideas.

Reggie suggested we set up a group called ‘Connecting with animals’. “A shaman once told me to listen very carefully to my whippet, Ollie. I do now and it is remarkable,” he wrote. “We have a beautifully re… Continue

We've each shown up here for as many reasons as there are individuals. That we look for commonalities may be a continuation of energy that was with us before "we" incarnated. The spiritual symbolism that abounds in this life could be a message we've left for ourselves or a breaking down of that very flimsy veil that stands between "I am" and "we are".

I am very new at this blogging thing, but I would like to know if anyone else understands why we are supposed to endure such pain at losing loved ones. I have become aware of how many young people in my tiny community have gone to the Other Side recently. My psychic friend says that they are helping people to survive the Tribulation before the Equinox. Their losses seemed a tragedy that called for my sympathy until my beloved daughter was killed by a train on Easter Sunday. I have been told my Angelee is trying to build bridges between the two sides since many people will probably die in the difficult times ahead. I know we are supposed to be creating intentions to help people survive. Is anyone else working on this? Can you help me to understand what the purpose is of having to go through so much pain?

Dear Lynne,
I have had dogs my whole life. The breed I love most are the Flatcoated retrievers, they are intelligent humoures, naughty and lovely. At the moment the only dog we have is a Labrador also very dear to us. He is 13 years old. When giving healing sessions I always have and had one of the dogs present and they always help with their energy.People can feel this. Trusty the lab is very good in seeing entities we can verify this with the pendle. My grandson can always can always read his thoughts they are real buddies.
I am happy to join your animal group.
By the way thank you very much for your Intention Experiment yesterday so good to can be part of this.

This is my daughter's Boykin Spaniel. My dog is a cross between a miniature Australian Shephard and a Russel Terrier. The joke is that my husband bought him "for me", after he passed this dog refused to eat, but since my son and his two sons are living at home with me this has changed. How lucky am I to have them, even though my son and his 13 year old are Dx with ADD and the 5 year old is asperger's. A bright a beautiful little boy who looks just like his beloved Pappy. My son is magical like his father, but like his father he has no patience for my path........

Hi Lynne,
I read in "The Field" about the experiment on the rats with the curling iron (Not a pretty picture). The question I have is, if the brain doesn't store memory and we just tap into the field when we have a memory, what does that say about subliminal reprogramming and subconscious suggestion. I have a few CDs that I listen to, they play subliminal suggestions along with Theta Waves. If the brain is not storing those suggestions, then the whole science of subliminal reprogramming is useless, correct?

Dear Lynne,

Would you please consider making your podcasts available by RSS? I have a group on my ning site (http://kellia.ning.com/) called The Science of Magick, where I am building a reading list, including your books of course, and would love to add the podcast interviews I have found on your music player.

Once I and my husband thought "the field" and "the intention experiment" were fantastic opportunities and very interesting.
We bought the course, we bouhgt the books and we bought the downloadings. We participated in the workshop in London and we paid also for the DVD film that was made during the event. It should be sent to us within some month. It has not. This was in June 2008.

Now the DVD has been for sale on Lynnes website for some time. But we do not get it.
She does not respond to email about this.
She does not respond to telephone calls
She does not even respond to mail sent by registered mail

. We find that the DVD is offered to other people. and we are now fed up to wait for things we have paid for. Nearly 8 months ago !!

It was cheaper then than it is on the website. Is it more money she wants to get out of this??
Why not let us know in that case?? Or offer us our money back??

This is not in my beliefs system how we should live the field. To take money and not delivere what is paid for.
Would love to hear from you if there is someone else with similar experiences.

Love
Ann
Lynne,....I pasted this blog from someone on the forum.Go to the forum and read it if you care. You may want to respond and rectify this situation. There have been postings of many of your other loyal readers who are suspicious of your profit motives in the marketing of a lot of your online materials.

. I know...I know...you always get a few people that will accuse anyone of making money off of others as profiteering. In this instance I feel the sincerity of this person and think that from a business point of view and a public relations point of view, you NEED to make the atonement on this one. Who am I ? Someone who knows something for what it truly is. Somebody cares.
