I'm afraid I can't help you with your daily practice, but there are a lot of mindfulness and other meditation teachers who provide a guided meditation that can be downloaded. So perhaps you should Google a bit on that subject.
Personnally I think that meditation has more to do with being IN your body, with being 'grounded', here and right now. But I shall read about them because you made me curious!

I started earlier this year with teaching mindfulness training. It's all about living your life in full attention and in connection with others/the whole world.
Since I started meditation (15 years ago) and mindfulness (5 years ago) I've learned a lot about myself, and about the connection with that what we (and especially Lynne) call 'the field'.
This inspired me a lot, without having the pretention that I have answers...
I just keep andereing about this miracle we call 'life'...

I have been attempting to manifest a new, rekindled relationship with a woman I am deeply in love with. We parted in May of 2009 due to distance and circumstance. I love her dearly and believe she loves me, it's just the distance and circumstance keeping us apart! Any suggestions and positive thoughts towards our reconciliation, would be appreciated!
