When you are asked to tap, you can use most of your fingers I use three, that way my clients are more sure, to be hitting the right spot. Then tap a few times on each spot about (5 to 7 times).

Please Watch Intro video first and then this is your first session. I did this one as a session that can be used with any issue, and pain and problem. (so you don't have to wait for a specific video you can start NOW!) Just tune into what your problem is, writing it down is very powerful, rate your level of intensity scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest. When repeating what I say if your pain is lets say in your right hip then say right hip.

Thanks for the invite to your group, quite strange you should contact me at this point seeing as its only been in the last few days that i've been getting back into EFT!!! I am not a practitioner but use for my own personal growth and never fail to be intrigued by it's effectiveness.

I do have a question if anyone out their can help me :-) I would love to get into transcendental meditation.. but I do have a slight problem with it, not in the process itself!! but the fact that the practice costs so much to learn and that it seems to be shrouded in so much secrecy, surely such a great technique should be available to all if it has the potential to have such a profound effect on the human race. Am i missing something, is it much easier to learn than i have become aware.

To my knowledge it's mantra based meditation but it seems even the mantra for TM is convoluted, to the point where the mantra your given seems to have to correlate with your age, the age of your instructor, what year they were born and potentially what they like on the top of there pizza :-) sorry bad joke!! Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated as i am a man of meager funds but would love to learn the technique... :-)
