Look into completely removing table salt from your diet, and replacing it with pure sea salt. Table salt is a waste product of the aluminum smelting industry, foisted on us by a greedy industry. Even though it tastes like sea salt (sort of), it ISN'T THE SAME!!! Sea salt contains many other elements, which are a perfect fit to cellular metabolism in countless ways. A lack of potassium salt ions or an overdose of sodium ions can severely disrupt cellular transport of liquids across the cell walls (osmosis), stifling normal cellular circulation and building up toxins, especially in areas with lower blood flow like the skin on the extremities.

I was able to totally reverse chronic skin rashes by observing this principle. I threw away all the table salt in my home and replaced it with sea salt, or mined sea salt (do some research here, because you have to watch the labels carefully). (btw, You do not need iodized salt). I stopped salting my food in restaurants and while eating at other people's houses who used table salt. I stopped eating cheap crappy packaged foods, completely. (Potato chips are death!) Not surprisingly, my skin cleared up completely in only a month or two. If I ever have a relapse, I go back on the diet and it clears up immediately.
